TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This website is operated by Yaffeh and powered by Stripe. The following Terms and Conditions apply to the relationship between Yaffeh and our site’s users.

At all times, any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ throughout the following Terms and Conditions, and this website, refers to Yaffeh.

At all times, any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to our users/customers.

The below Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Yaffeh website. By engaging in our service, you’re assumed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions – and are therefore bound by these Terms and Conditions, at all times, whilst interacting with our brand. 

 PAYMENT

All prices in our store are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and our store is hosted by Stripe (https://stripe.com/au).

Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

We can’t be held responsible for any delays in payment clearance and will not ship orders until we have received payment in full. Should any delays in clearance of payment occur, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock for the item you have purchased.  

CANCELLATION

Please proof your order before proceeding to checkout, as once your order is processed, we are unable to accept cancellations. Should you have any hesitations about your order, feel free to drop us a line at ella@yaffeh.com.au to clarify any queries.

DELIVERY

As all of our products are custom made to order, please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your order. Estimated delivery times may vary during peak holiday periods, so we appreciate your patience at these times.

Whilst we endeavour to carefully package your items, once the goods have been posted, Yaffeh cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your order in transit. Please note that Yaffeh cannot be held responsible for any delays in postage once your parcel has left our premises.  

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

As many of our products are personalised to suit you or your loved ones, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these orders. Similarly, whilst we use reputable shipping companies, Yaffeh cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged goods once they have been dispatched.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure our images portray reality as accurately as possible, please note that the appearance of the material may vary slightly from that shown on screen.

Should your package be received with excessive damage beyond any foreseeable ‘bump and shake’ expected in transit, please notify us immediately via email at ella@yaffeh.com.au. Whilst we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement, with appropriate evidence (photographs, item order numbers, date and description), we will assess individual situations and their merit.

Please remember that these products are delicate and should be handled appropriately. Yaffeh cannot be held responsible for customer’s mishandling of products (please refer to our ‘Care Instructions’) and reserve the right to refuse returns. Refunds and replacements will not be offered for customer’s changing their mind, or any misspelling on their part. Please ensure you proof read any purchase prior to checkout. Should you realise immediately after checkout that the item or delivery details submitted are incorrect, please email us immediately at ella@yaffeh.com.au. 

 PRODUCT INFORMATION

We pride ourselves on producing beautifully crafted giftware and homewares for our customers. Whilst we endeavour to represent each product as accurately as possible on our website, please bear in mind that the brightness/colour balance of your screen may not ensure a true reflection of the product’s materiality.

Our products are precision laser cut from high quality coloured and mirrored acrylic, which can understandably be fragile for fine designs, so please handle with the same love and care we give each order! Please refer to our ‘Care Instructions’ or email us at ella@yaffeh.com.au should you have any further care instructions.  

COPYRIGHT

Yaffeh is a Melbourne based company designing beautifully crafted giftware and homewares, locally manufactured in Australia. We would love to maintain our home grown pride, so copying or reproducing of any designs, text, photographs or illustrations on our site is prohibited. Please note that any replication or minor modification or use of the content and designs is forbidden, as the designs are copyrighted to Yaffeh Designs for their explicit use only.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Yaffeh reserves the right to update and modify any elements of the Terms and Conditions at their discretion. Any modifications to the Terms and Conditions will be affective immediately upon publication on the website.
